Employees receive 100% reimbursement toward pre-approved educational expenses (limit of $5,000).

A retirement savings fund allows for payroll deductions from pre-taxed earnings.
Bonus Profit-Sharing Plan
Monthly disbursement of 25% of the company’s pre-tax profits.

Dental Insurance
After meeting your calendar-year deductible, dental insurance includes 100% of preventive, 80% of basic, and 50% of major procedures, and 50% on (child) orthodontics with a $1,000 max. The company pays 50% and employee contribution is paid with pre-tax dollars.

Six days paid, plus three designated floating days paid.

Personal Time Off
All employees accrue 80 hours of paid time off their first year, increasing per schedule thereafter.
Short Term Disability Insurance
Supplements mandated NYS short-term disability to 66 2/3% of pre-disability income. 100% employee contributory.
Eligible: beginning of the month following 90 days of service.
Long Term Disability Insurance
Picks up after short-term coverage expires (6 months). 100% employee contributory.
