The Rochester Business Hall of Fame celebrated its induction of five local business heavyweights this week, including Michael Mandina and Richard Plympton, president and CEO (respectively) of Optimax Systems Inc., a Wayne County-based optics components manufacturer that has exploded with the optics and technology boom in the area.
