Funding for University Research Grants

Being a leader and active participant in the optics industry allows Optimax to give back through local activities and educational outreach focused on cutting-edge technology and processes.

Each year we give back to our university affiliate partners with the opportunity to apply for grants.  We are pleased to congratulate the following recipients:

University of Arizona: Dr. Dae Wook Kim, Optical Components for Evolution of Mid-Spatial Features

CREOL: Kathleen Richardson, Fabrication of Infrared Glass-Ceramic Lenses

University of Rochester: Julie Bentley and Anthony Visconti, Radial Gradient Lenses for Imaging
